And McGoo said the other day we will look at mandatory vaccination for drivers picking up cabin crews. Looking at it, seriously? A reactive not proactive government at work we are seeing.

it is a second wave mate - unfortunately there's been a huge breach by one driver who has started this
complacency has taken care of the spread and inaction until too late has assisted it
have to question this woman's intelligence to decide to travel to an outbreak
DD the driver was in .... mmm let me think mmmm not WA BUT our answer to Bethlehem (Sydney)

Yes but he was saying it could happen here. Everyone needs to get serious about getting vaccinated.

And all those holding off for the phizer vaccine, now younger ones under 30 are reporting heart problems which has been diagnosed as inflammation of the heart. I’ll be fully vaccinated by the end next week with astra.

A few days out from School Holidays, literally thousands waiting to head north south and east to get the feck away and just wondering if mc clown will fark them over.

So we know that the delta strain is more contagious but has it actually hospitalised anyone that they require a ventilator and has it killed anyone here?

Or is it no more likely to kill you than the flu? Just asking.

And now I just read that the latest positive case visited Craigie Leisure Centre after she visited the same gym as the case who came back from Sydney. FMD

30,499 covid cases in Australia........109 have died. 0.0035% of those that have caught it have died in Australia.

But make sure you be very afraid....you could die at any moment.
Whole things a farcical joke, I was all for it last year, but the scare tactics have well and truly worn off with me,  the infected security guard who had the super infectious UK strain that passed it onto - 0 , despite living with 6 other dudes!

There is one reason and one reason only why McGoo keeps shutting the place down and that is because our health system is under so much strain, it couldn't cope with even a mild outbreak if it meant hospitalisations. I note this month we've hit an all time high of ramping nudging 5000 hours and 25% of all emergency ambulance calls cannot be attended to within the 15 minute KPI. Scary stuff if you get crook all of a sudden. The ramping situation is 3 times worse than when this mob came into power and yet McGoo enjoys almost god like status...unbelievable.

Once again it really is not abt deaths, we all know or should know that is no longer the issue it was last year and elsewhere it is abt the long term effects but hey keep bringing up the murdoch opinion pages  www.healthline.com/health-news/what-we-k...ng-term-heart-damage

Add to that the issue of our aging population and low birth rates, which is all down to Sneakers and anyone else you want lay blame with!

My suspicion about the bed shortage is that there are a lot more mental health beds required. That might be due to all sorts of things but I would say people’s uncertainty with the norms of life is taking it’s toll.

Lockdowns were sold as a way of not overwhelming the hospital beds from COVD patient’s while we get PPE’s in place.

PPE’s are now in place.

Stay home (if you want) if you have organ failure (heart, lungs, kidney ect) if you are morbidly obese, have diabetes, are on immunosuppressants, if you are above 80 etc.

I think everyone else should be allowed to choose to go about their life.

Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

That's why he is starting a diversion tactic to blame the St Johns, and will probably try a Gov take over of it to keep United Voice happy.
