So far a good bowling effort by the Scorchers.But Bravo and Hodge in.Mitch Johnson bowling really fast.

Another good win by the Scorchers. This’ll give more ammo to the whinging Hodge. I noticed when they interviewed him during the match he tried to weasel his way out of what he said. Ah well, just another whinging vic.. good input by Klinger considering the duress he’s under.

Hodge has always been a bit of a sour grapes merchant. The reason that the Scorchers have been so successful is that they have developed a team culture amongst the group and even the overseas pros leave their egos at the front gate. Yes it is an advantage having all the WA boys in the same team but I'm sure Perth will have a 2nd franchise when their population justifies it.

I never thought we were a chance. Klinger was fantastic and the new lad earned his stripes. All the old traditionalists that refuse to watch the bbl have no idea what they are missing.

You’re probably right,but I always thought he was a pretty good bowler wherever he was.

SOK going off injured probably helped our cause but great win never the less as I thought we were gone a few times during the match.

I was a glass half empty person when we started off so slowly. Then when Klinger went, I thought we were done.
