I'm going to the GF mate. Have not missed one since 1996 and only 2 before that since 1988.

Had planned to go to the AC celebrations though until I saw it clashed.

There was easily the 27,104 attendance number there over the whole day.
Why do some clowns continually not understand the attendance figures are accumulated over the whole day from the Colts at 9am (or the Reserves on GF day) through to the League at around half time (3.30/4pm) when they open the gates?
There were thousands of Swans, WP & Perth supporters (and a few hundred Claremont) at the Stadium watching their respective Reserves & Colts sides many who left after their respective games to celebrate/commiserate at their respective club functions.
Approximately 30,000 is pretty decent in this day and age with the live TV coverage also to factor in.
The SAFL that we all believe do it better than the WAFC got 33,000 for 2 traditional clubs in Glenelg and Sturt, whilst the VFL would have barely had 5,000 at their GF in the supposed centre of the football (world) universe as the Vics truly believe!
