Thats insane. Bolton is the best player in the WAFL and hes not picked in the State Squad??  The only reason I could think of would be if he made himself unavailable?

WTF does Sinclair have to do to be in the squad? Close to BOG on Saturday and one of WA's best in the last state game.

Apparently told by SuperCoach Cam Shepherd he needed to improve the defensive side of his game to get selected.  Bolton is one of the most decorated players in the game....Cam Shepherd has done ?????? 

Pretty sure the squad will be added to over the next few rounds....usually a state selection means an injury in the horizon for some poor player.

I can't understand this. Bolton has a massive impact on just about every game he plays and he has excelled at State level in the past. I'm sure he would be able to fulfil any role that Sheppard would have in mind for him. Maybe its just a personality issue, who knows, but you don't leave your best player out of a squad like that.

Bolton should be the first selected, what the phark would Shepard know about coaching a WAFL team, he's never actually done that task. Also where is last years Bernie Naylor medallist Keitel? he's streets ahead of any other FF in the comp. Lets hope the coach of the millenium is not the sole selector.
