I thought the press release is straight  forward.    Going to be strange watching the live stream and seeing everyone (except the players) wearing a mask. Apparently if people can physically distance (like sitting on the outer, miles away from others) the mask not required. Is better to simply take one and wear it if necessary.

Thank you for providing that link Grump, much appreciated and finallly helps in understanding if we the spectators are allowed back at the WAFL tomorrow.
Because if we were relying on McGowan's clusterfark of a press conference you wouldnt have a clue if we were allowed back at the WAFL, although Perth Stadium can hold 45,000 this week that was well and truly announced!!!

Yes no crowd restrictions at WAFL games and no masks unless you go into the clubrooms bars etc, keep the distancing and all good. I wont be going as we are finally allowed to travel to SA to see family, being in York we've been outside the former red zone but must stay outside except for the drive to the airport, that way, no testing or iso when we get to SA. could not find any travel info from WA government sites their communications have been hopeless, had to ring SA to get up to date info.

Extremely confusing.
According to him in the press conference last night apparently only 500 people allowed at "community sport" in large open air outdoor spaces, 30 maximum only allowed in a room with social distancing 4msq, but 45,000 allowed within spitting distance of each other at Perth Stadium for the afl...WTF??
And we have to wear masks.

Thankfully the WAFL clubs and the WAFC have cleared up the utter confusion from McGowan last night with a united press release with the correct up to date information for the WAFL games tomorrow, as otherwise no one would have a clue no thanks to the NSWman!

SS enjoy the trip and catch-up.  I promise not to ring my "mate" McGowan to get him to close the border to Subi supporters while you are in SA.

By the way, the travel ban from India would appear to be pretty easy to get around.

As people are doing, just catch a connecting flight to Qatar, Oman, UAE or someplace else and travel to Australia from there.

The travel ban in name only.
Surely that could not have been foreseen?
