Because as you keep reminding us we have been a laughing stock for the last 40 odd years and the WAFC probably saw how much better the comp looks with Perth playing finals. Probably get Swans and EP in there at the expense of a few of the regulars and they had better book Optus Stadium for the GF or all hell will break loose.

A Perth v Swans, P v EP or Swans v EP GF will easily get 30k plus at Optus.

Wtf has the last 40 years got to do with it, talk about complete BS, there's more deserving clubs further down the ladder who are struggling NOW. As for some mythical grand final combination and attendance since when has that been the guide for football equalization? Since Never!

Go back to the rules from 1986 including 18 plus 2 on the bench

And equalise the WAFL with fair and equal distribution of talent through metro and country zones so I don't have to read about the 195cm plus talent oozing out of other clubs in great numbers while mine might produce one per decade if we're lucky.

I can't remember the last time the Perth Football Club produced an AFL quality ruckman and it's been a long time between drinks between Lance Franklin and Logan McDonald. Do something to fix the great divide.

When are the fixtures going to be released or is the WAFC waiting to get approval from the AFL before it sneezes.

Funnily enough that is exactly what our pack of bend overs are waiting upon - after all they sold us out over the new stadium funding

When are these fixtures going to be released. What is the hold up. The WAFC would have to be the most inefficient sports organisation in the world. The fixtures are usually released prior to Christmas so what is different this year. Hopefully our AFL friends WCE and Peel aren’t holding things up.
