Their Reserves forfeited twice last year, including Rd 1 when the WAAFL banned all of Kelmscotts teams from playing. The two 90-1 forfeit results provided their 10th & 11th highest scores for the season and also their two smallest losing margins for 2016. Their next smallest losing margin was 131 points.

Does anybody know why Kelmscott forfeited their reserves game on the weekend? Was it through lack of numbers? If so, that would be strike 3 if I'm not mistaken...

Nope, this was in fact strike 4. Strike 3 was last week. So id imagine each week will not be a forfeit in the Reserves until seasons end.
