University continued their reign of terror with a huge 93 point demolition of Kalamunda. Kelmscott & CBC showed why they deserve to be one of the big 4 and North Fremantle continue to improve despite losing their 4th game of the season by less than two goals. I think we can safely state after only 9 games that Kalamunda & Mt Lawley will be playing B Grade in 2016.

A Grade League
Wesley Curtin 10.7 (67)
C.B.C. 12.4 (76)

Trinity Aquinas 11.7 (73)
North Fremantle 9.9 (63)

Mt Lawley 7.16 (58)
North Beach 5.6 (96)

University 23.7 (145)
Kalamunda 8.4 (52)

West Coast 8.4 (52)
Kelmscott 14.8 (92)

A Reserves
Wesley Curtin
C.B.C.

Trinity Aquinas 9.14 (68)
North Fremantle 5.4 (34)

Mt Lawley 3.8 (26)
North Beach 7.15 (57)

University 15.10 (100)
Kalamunda 2.4 (16)

West Coast 25.20 (170)
Kelmscott 0.0 (0)

Well done to West Coast Colts having their first win for the season by over 100 points.
The Ressies result is just embarrassing, West Coast would have got more out of having 16 pints at the pub and trying to back the Melbourne Quadie today.

Well done to Kelm$cott$ A Grade having another win. Not bad getting West Perths Hayden Yarren, WAFL Reserves leading goal kicker, ex-AFL listed Callum Papertalk and Chris Franklin to play for them. Not exactly blokes struggling for form in in WAFL Ressies needing to have a run on the West Perths bye.

Also interesting that Yarren and Papertalk played for Maddington at West Perths last bye (18/4) and didn't go play with them again...must have found new mates at Kelm$cott and have the same circle of friends as the 4 Dandaragan lads and 11 guys from Nollamara who played on their bye week for Kelm$cott in Rd 2 and the guys from Boddington when they had a bye for Rd 1.

Maybe the WAAFL integrity unit should be chatting to Maddington if they doing the job properly... My club president let us know a lot of chat about this issue at the presidents meeting on Wednesday City beach; consensus though after was that the Integrity committee is a joke as everyone knows what's going on yet no one does anything about it (Pretty surprising that players switch ammo clubs through the year but this could be the fact that Kelmscott is travelling well and Maddo not that good)
This backed up by scores in colts and ressies, they talk about spirit of the game and the brand of Ammos- this is getting tarnished every week with these ridiculous scores in the supposed best tier grade of the comp. I reckon if you polled all A/B grade clubs about the issue of equality in the comp and WAAFL brand being labelled as a joke they would all say yes. Ask Sam (west coast) or Dave (north beach) what they think of this issue....
What about a rule that all WAFL players should sign the stat dec as well with the Ammos letting these players and their wafl clubs know that any payment to players will lead to suspension from either leagues! If the WAAFL wants to do something about this issue, they should be working hand in hand with the governing bodies of WAFL to sort this out - would WAFL be letting their players go if they knew a ban could be imposed or possible suspension???
Let's just see what the next few weeks have in store- the June 30th deadline could see a few players switching codes.. I'm banking ( mind the pun) on one side making a big charge at the A grade comp finals similar to their fairy tale finish in the B grade last year- quality talks (or is it another Frase that pays)?let rd 2 start- see ya Kala and Lalwey - let's start watching the B grade to see who the next challengers will be!

The WAAFL/WAFL permit system allows clubs to do exactly what Kelmscott did on Saturday.

I am surprised that West Perth would release the individuals concerned given the closeness of the Reserves competition. The fact that each of the players named has played around 10 games this year would suggest that taking the rest through the bye is in both the West Perth and individual players best interest. Why West Perth took such a risk of injury with three of their key reserves players is interesting to say the least.

From the Kelmscott perspective, you can't on one hand complain about the lack of numbers in the Kelmscott reserves side and then bag them for bringing in three players to top up the side, when it is perfectly permissable under the current permit system.

The comp has turned into a bit of a circus this year. From what I hear about the presidents meeting, many clubs are up in arms about various things. Apparently unlike any previous presidents meeting.

Anyone know much about the issues raised?

Board should consider taking the knife to the administration to bring about immediate change.

Only one of the above players played for kelmscott on the weekend, it was yarren maddington did not clear other players, as for why, wouldnt you want to come play with your mates if given the chance, the indigenous culture is huge at kelmscott and maddo are looking to be relegated might have had something to do with the transfers UP THE DOGGIES
