The Eagles were playing Essendon at Domain last Saturday so I'm sure Trevor Nisbett would have had commitments there and only has second hand info.
I have no problems with it being referred to the tribunal and I don't think 2 weeks is enough when a player receives a broken jaw.

If anyone from ANY club thinks breaking a players jaw is in anyway acceptable then they should not be involved in ANY sporting club.......
There is ZERO reason to do this and nothing can be said to explain it......

How can you explain that to a child at the ground, would any of you like that happening to your child on a footy field.....

Ban him for the season and lets all put this dirty stuff behind us

That's a poor excuse S Train you might want to think before you comment on this topic again mate. Fact, if the Kelmscott Player didn't do something off the ball that has resulted in the said player having his jaw broken then we would not be talking about Kelmscott Football Club and its players like we are now.

No scape goats here champ, the kid did what he did - rightly or wrongly I wont comment on that as I wasn't there - and this action has put your club firmly in the spotlight of the WA football community.

At the end of the day Nisbett is CEO of a company that sponsors us playing football each week. Based on the funds they put into our game I believe he has the right to say how his club feels, because if they withdraw all their funding based on this action then is has consequences for all of us.

What a disgraceful comment s train - a Kelmscott player broke an opponent's jaw behind the play and you are saying that your Club and the player will be made a 'scapegoat' as a result? A scapegoat of what? An act of thuggerish behaviour that is not even accepted in modern society let alone a football field? If that is what you are referring to then I hope the book is thrown at your Club and player. What a disgrace.

im refuring to fact it is publicised all over the west australian news paper thats what im refuring to when I said scape goat its not the first incident to happen like.this on a footy field but im pretty sure it doesnt make headline in the west like this has

It's not every day that someone gets a broken jaw from a thug act of violence like this on the footy field. I think good on The West Australian for publicly slamming what happened. And I believe 100% it would be the same level of media exposure no matter what club he played for. The whole world is out to get the Kelm$cott Bulldogs!

Kelmy have had a dislike of the amateurs for a long time and the mover and shaker within this club has only one agenda..win an a grade premiership,stick it right up the waafl and then try and get into the peel league and will do this at whatever the "cost" is to achieve it

S Train - a lesson in education champ, go onto the Perth now website, in fact go onto any news website, and type in the search engine, "Violence in Amateur Football"

You will clearly see there are alot of articles written around the country each year about guys getting king hit and having their jaws broken. Your statement is right this isn't the first time this has happened, but as you can see there have been a lot of reports similar to the one with the Kelmscott player.

This is nothing new and would have happened to any club whos player did this.
