Way too many "man-buns" out on the ground...almost as many as the WCE men's team

agree you see a better standard at under 15 level on the local oval, Seriously only 16 on the ground and sides still can't score.....

Absolute crap tbh.

Also I don't know what the big deal is, WAFL has had a womens league for a while now and pull about 25 people to the games.

The physical side of the game was ok but the skills were poor but this was always going to be the case as the have gassed on about the high quality of the exhibition game between the top 40 players and the skill level dropped away massively from the #1 player to the #40 player. Then you split the top 40 into 8 teams.

What level of footy does it compare to, what WAAFL grade. Would be interesting to see an ok C/D grade player play in a game and see how the go. Possibly lower?

It maintained my interest for about 5mins but the lack of skill etc made it boring, crowds will come back to reality fast..Our Swans womans team look better than those two sides tbh

Yep spot on.

Its too early. They need to get some football ability into them before it gets shoved down our throats. Even myself who is desperate to watch some footy, only lasted 10 mins.

What really annoys me about the whole thing is once again the AFL going off on a nut job tangent spending MILLIONS on a side show while WAFL and Country Leagues are going to the wall financially, along with the GWS thing the entire thing shows to me the complete arrogance of the AFL in regards to grass roots footy.

Absolutely I'm all for equality but the women need to bring it every week, skill level ordinary, Afl need to invest in state league comps and develop youth
