i reckon its due to the fact that freo actually have a recognisable geographic location being freo itself, which has a center....

Thank heavens we have a couple of local social psychologists to explain these things to us, I feel better now.

But you're right about WCE supporters having nowhere to go after the GF. I remember in 91,92,94,05 & 06 , all the supporters were home by 5.30 because they had nowhere to go after the game

One wonders how nerves will prevent the likes of Mayne, de Boer, Walters et al from taclinkg hard as they normally do. An interesting side issue will be the treatment the umpires afford Crowley and the player he is tagging.

My tip, for the record, is the Dockers with a margin between 35 and 42 points.
