Freezin I would think that the ATO would take a very dim view of discussing confidential tax information to all and sundry. Of course, the most likely possibility is that THERE WAS NO FOUNDATION NOR TRUTH to what TOSG wrote. TOSG has been asked to provide the relevant information or to unreservedly apologise and withdraw his comments. The ball is very much in TOSG's court.

If indeed (however unlikely it would seem) Outer did have a "mate" it would be fair to say he wont have for much longer for throwing him under a bus!
