whatever BC, you have your opinion and I have mine however I want to point out a couple of things1. Where in my post did it say I condoned the use of swear words and people to get physically hurt? In fact I said the opposite, have another read. I have highlighted the relevant part to help you..

mate it's banter....goes hand in hand with footy....when your team is getting spanked like SD are at the moment, perhaps it's doesn't seem like banter at the time.....especially when some of you guys obviously are very passionate about the SDFC...good to see your colts and reserves flying the flag though :P

What - like 1980/1981 when every club in the league & their supporters had to pay for your lot to stay alive????

Don't be a dickhead all your miserable life pal

Dead right Southo these pathetic $alary cheat fuckheads hang their hats on 6 tainted flags that no-one else in the comp bar their own miserly fan base (which is quickly dying off as most are 70 plus, elderly and barely able to breath) actually respects.
We might be down atm, but at least we have a club full of local products that develop and promote their own, and not buying success year after year after year after year. How about developing your own talent?? Nah but that's too hard for your club and coaches. Hopefully we see a few broken legs, hammys off the bone and ACL`s for the $alary cheats in the coming weeks and see how you cheating cunts cover that!! Now please FUCK off to your own pathetic thread

Oh dear Swandog your memory is surely failing you, Swans were such good recruiters of other teams players and out of staters in the lead up to your '10 flag and the only reason you didn't continue with that policy is that your incompetant board pissed it all up against the clubroom walls. The only reason your pushing ahead with what players you have within your system is not due to some holier than thou moral stand, you simply have no other option with dealing with this self inflicted situation.

What really hurt Swans financially was all their off the books activity, when they started paying players speeding fines and buying Krak new sets of tyres all these expenses were off the books and they weren't able to write them off. I'm no accountant but a good mate of mine is, an auditor for the ATO in fact and he said this is what killed Swans. We only know about the stuff they were caught out on but where there's smoke there's fire and they must have been absolutely rorting the system to be in so deep with the ATO. This is why it's so laughable when their supporters throw accusations at Subiaco.

TOSG perhaps you can send an email to Swan Districts Football Club or the ATO to report your "good mate" for breaching regulations by allegedly divulging information about SDFC's tax return(s).

It will be a hard season for Swans this year for a variety of reasons. However, as has been noted already our colts and reserves have had some good wins. Also, our 16s have had some good wins as well. It won't be the first season we have struggled wins and probably won't be our last. What is significant is we still have a clu; notably, something that Peel and East Perth don't have. We still have a significant number of supporters that attend away games. This is something which has been singul;arly lacking in the clubs that have travelled to Basso so far this season and I suspect the same comment will be valid for the next two games at Basso.

Alby continues to find the footy and deserves a League recall, was great to see Greaser & JD back on the park and both showed the qualities of a League regular, Rudy just has to play League as he has a certain something we currently dont have a lot of, Kirkup down back starting to get back to the form we know he is capable of, Watson & Holman both showing a League debut is knocking on the door, Hodge was another before pulling up a bit sore, Slater is one who has genuine leg speed which is something that is noticeably lacking in the ones, Murray can really find the footy just needs to eliminate a few errors in his kicking, Warwick is the best kick in the club by a mile and needs to be the designated kicker in from behinds in the League, Hackett is a real goer tho slight in build just bores in and is pretty slick deserves a go, Maguire was thrown into the middle were he had a great Colts season in 14 before doing a knee last year and really started to find the footy and is a real tough nut, Timmy Yorkshire up from the Colts, Power, Colbung, Sutton, Stack & Ipsen all show a bit and finally Dylan Smith is one who is really starting to find the form and confidence we know he is capable of clunking his marks and kicking well and a League debut is very close.
On the current League side once again our mids were smashed although Griffin & Hannath were giving FART an armchair service inside but a few of our more experienced bigger bodies in there are so completely out of form and lacking in confidence it isnt funny, our forwards are struggling with the lack of inside 50 service tho they have to make use of the few times it does get down there by locking the ball in our half, whilst the backs as per usual have kept us from getting complete hidings in the first 3 games tho it might be time to swing a few forward & mid to give us other options as the current mix is unfortunately just totally out of form and confidence plus we have been let down badly by some currently not playing who continue to let our great club down.

Hopefully we can get this topic back on track without the inept output from the brain dead who this does not concern!

Freezin, I think there is a middle ground between condoning injuries and swearing and knowing that a comment will get a strong reaction when you make it. Thats what I was trying to say but hey its like politics where people can put whatever interpretation on the words that suits their purpose. :S

I know what banter is and I am not that precious that I can't take the piss out of my team when they are not going well. It is when the personal abuse and stirring takes over a thread that is trying to be a footy discussion forum which can frustrate people who actually want to talk about the game.

Will be all academic in a week or so anyway I guess....

I doubt they would have been bribed Outer, I think they may just choose to let play go on as its the only opportunity that anything $ubi will get touched up this season :P

I hope so, getting beaten by Swans seems to be a good premiership omen for us.
