As for Zac Jackson I reckon combining work and his final year of Architecture studies might be why the kid is a no show down at EF in 2021...pretty intense course that one from all reports, wish him well and as Strono says, hope he returns in 2022 with his batteries recharged.

You might be right StT, but Buffalo has a proven track record and you'd think he now has the talent to see dramatic improvement. We'll see. Maybe if we poach a few more from Perth we'll be right to challenge.

I think this year will be defining- I’m unsure what the original deal was for Bill but if it was 3 I haven’t heard news on an extension- Freezin?? Ti Em??

KC, pretty sure it was a 3 year deal, so I reckon Bill needs a cracking start to get an extension...don't think a win over Perth will cut it...needs a few more on top TBH.

I'd think Bill would've played a big part in bringing the new recruits in, it would seem harsh to not allow a season or 2 to see what he can do with the squad. Players like Manning and Chalmers are likely to have made the move purely because of Monaghan. I think on paper, at least, we can see this is the strongest squad Bill has had at his time at EF. He assembled it. Hopefully he gets a chance to see what it can achieve fully.

Marsh a confirmed in on the EF website....rounds out a productive recruiting spree, interesting to read Marsh's comments about recruiting players with good character traits played a key part in his return....a fair few have been moved on from his last stint at EF. Great to have Marsh on board....
