In the working groups report it talked about the possibility of 3 storey multi-use commercial-residential development at the south or Marmion street end, relatively low rise when compared to the Claremont developments which overpower it's surroundings.

Plenty of room is seems for DD and his Rottweiler at least.....definitely a variety of community user options available there.....hopefully the precinct gets embraced by the surrounding community if it happens....long over due. Also great to see a few WAFL grounds getting makeovers, hopefully there will be a comp to enjoy them in.....fingers crossed it will put to bed any future GF at that concrete eye sore up the road from Moss St

Ground and facility looks great. Here's hoping we're challenging for a flag by then. If the additions fire, we should be challenging deep for a finals spot. Swans, Perth and SF have also strengthened their squads considerably in my opinion. West Coast and Peel will be tough if healthy. WP, Subi and EP have good squads also. Could be a great WAFL season

Heard there may be some good news in the New Year recruiting wise, would definitely be a good in. Good to see youngsters in Haddow, Gorringe, Walker and the two Gero boys in Tirant and Paholski added to EF senior list.....few number changes as well.....looks like Carlton are going to throw Jono Marsh a preseason training lifeline....good luck to the fella....even if not picked up by Carlton, will probably play VFL in 2021, just to stay on the radar for a mid season pick.

EF seemed to of ticked a fair boxes with recruiting this year....obviously Griff will be a loss, but great opportunity for Strnadica to step and ruck, a position he prefers over FF. With Dixon on board, one would hope he and O'Reilly could hold down the two key forward spots. Interesting to see what Monaghan does with Lachie Bailey up front.Chalmers brings experience and goal kicking to EF forward line, Schoenfeld and English midfield run and grunt. Manning will be a loss and who knows what Kommers body will do.

On reading EF annual report, Ah Chee the reserves F&B got some favourable mentions by Dodd, will be interesting to see how he develops, initially played up back then moved forward kicking some goals....another youngster in McGuire at 196cm got some positive mentions as well....as KC says other clubs seemed to have recruited well...should be a good 2021 for all

Love the work of the person who updates EF website playing list....changes on a regular basis....Marsh now allocated number 10..initially allocated 28, then no jumper allocation at all....constant swapping left right and centre of number allocations....Hopefully the fella who EF might recruit in the new year gets a number.

I’m pretty sure Marsh was 10 before so that’s a positive. But I guess it might just be a holder until a decision is made. Interesting there’s another potential recruit outside of Marsh or Taylor, Freezin. Any clues? Back/Fwd/Mid???

They mentioned our points were tight so unless someone is leaving- not sure how they fit in??

And looks like those other fringe guys going to Perth hasn’t eventuated either- wondering if they left as well

Initially there was an article on AFL.com strono that Carlton was going to give Marsh a preseason training lifeline, sadly for him they chose 3 others...not sure where that leaves him TBH....if you were planning to stay in Melbourne for that, on a whim, might as well stay on and play VFL I guess....though having him back in the WAFL would be better for the comp and who ever gets his signature....think his AFL life lines are gone TBH...

KC, just got told that it is a player who will add a shed load to the club on and off the field...and not much point shuffling needed. As for those two fringe fellas mate, one is off the list already in Zac Hayward, the other is still on the list, but I see has been allocated a higher number from his past number worn, which usually means they are moving on one would think, just waiting on a clearance probably...talented for sure.....but in all honesty I can see the likes of similar types in 2020 colts captain Keanu Haddow or colts 2020 F&B Finn Gorringe replacing him TBH in the role he plays.
