Sides look pretty even on paper. Our advantage will be greater pride and passion in the jumper on this historic occasion.

A crowd of 10k+ would be good.

Nice try, but it's best to leave the trolling to experts like BH

Shame you see it that way.

You're not a subscriber in assuming positive intent? You should try it. I'm sure you'll be a happier person. Who or what is BH?

Out in the paddock doing a bit of a rain dance today, hope it pisses down tomorrow. The rain gave us the edge in 2014 and it should do the same tomorrow. Kitch and especially the Cock love a bit of moisture and a good hard wet slog should suit a well rested Subiaco.

That would be 2014 v WART, but yes a bit of rain would take a bit of the massive ruck advantage away from Peelmantle but we have not had a dedicated ruckman since big Stocks in the 2014 GF so hopefully our mobile swingmen in Dela and Clang will stretch them around the ground. Listened to Schoey on ABC grandstand this morning and he mentioned the 3 talls including Bradley will take on the massive Freo talls but I still think if it's very wet Brads will miss out and an extra mid will come in.

Putting aside the obvious issues surrounding the Peel alignment, this should be great football contest between the best side of the last 12 years and the side with the best current form and momentum. Subi are experienced hard campaigners with lots of GF experience in at least half the team list against a side loaded with fulltime pro's but with little finals experience, hopefully Peel have played their GF over the last 3 weeks and just making the GF like was the case for Subi in 2003 will mentally be enough.

I only hope there's not a blade of grass out of place if it does rain otherwise FART will want it moved to the MCG or similar.

BC, this time Peelmantle have to turn up and not rely on contrived issues about the ground surface to gain an advantage that saw them fall over the line by a few points.

Make no mistake FART are in awesome form some of the best seen in the comp for many years and go in as warm favorites much the same as WART did in 14 so here's hoping the same result eventuates.

I think the number of times WART, FART and Peelmantle are cracking a mention on Ozfooty surely these words have to be added to the next edition of the Oxford dictionary?

Well Wart and Fart already being words in the dictionary just needs some extra meaning added....... something like - also used as an acronym to describe turncoat football teams in the Australian rules football state of Western Australia.

BJ there will be plenty of undercover seating given the expected small crowd but best side for cover is on the northern side.

SS not in the upper tiers; they are not available.

But do Subi play well in thee wet? I haven't seen a lot of them this year, but the point was made on 6PR today that 3 of their losses (including the walloping from EF) were all done in the wet. Will this be a factor?
