well done Freo...you finally won something. a huge pat on the back to our boys..they gave it a red hot crack. the mids were superb with Horse leading the charge. also thought Broughts and Twomes were excellent. Hamish Shep needs to grow some nads..he's a man mountain but got out muscled very easily by Silvani. I guess when push comes to shove when the best side in the WAFL all year gets beaten in the GF by a team with 17 professional footballers then there's something wrong with the system. dirty? yes surprised? no.

Yeh those WAFC boys sure have a lot to answer for, firstly allowing a deal that's seen Subiaco dominate the WAFL competition for the last 12 years is a disgrace. I agree they should hang their heads in shame.

Now hopefully the WAFC can find a way to give the Perth FC an unfair advantage since we have been treated like lepers for the last 30 years.

I have done half my pension on Subi but that's punting. Looked to me like the Lions needed another game over the last month. Cramping etc very early.

LB we made too many errors, kicking the ball very badly at times. Hopefully today's result will convince Schofield that the club does require a top-class ruckman, as, indeed, I have suggested for the last two years.

you'll have an unfair advantage when Perth aligns with WCE in 2018 but hopefully the WAFC has done something about the qualification rules by then.

Proud of the boys they had a real crack, beaten by a better side on the day. Seriously though 19 - 6 wtf?? 6 frees in 4 qtrs come on
