About as likely as Subiaco merging with East Perth because they happen to share a ground. Hopefully the Perth Football Club will gain some sort of financial advantage from it though. Brand spanking new facilities, maybe some state games and future finals can be played there. Maybe use our facilities to sell lunches and speaking guests before and after any AFL games being in close proximity to the new stadium. Happy Days ahead maybe!

Where are WC now and where are EP now? The two clubs are still separate entities playing in two different competitions. They train separately and that's the way it will always be.

Now I think the current alignment arrangements are on a 5 year time frame. I understand the logic you are thinking but I can tell you we are not interested in going down that path if WC and EP decide to end their alignment.

It was shit today. No one won.

Agree with some of what you say Anchorman.The Wafl needs sides of this quality.But i thought Subi where down today.Delivery into the fwd line wasnt good players cramping underdone players.Horsley tried to spark the side in there dominent period in the 3rd qtr.Silvani had another fantastic game.But all up i think Subi would be disapointed with the way they played today.

Nothing will change the result, but ONE free kick to Subi after quarter time is interesting..........very very interesting! Especially when Peel got free kicks for example for a bloody ridiculous deliberate out of bounds which led to a goal and then a definitely wrong free kick to Ugle who slotted a nice goal.
Subi could never get a holding the ball decision go their way and yet they'd penalize Subi every so often for a very similar situation.
Frustrated yes, and it may not have changed the end result because yes our delivery was poor at times today with or without Peel's pressure but very proud of the boys and with some good players to come back in next year, hopefully we'll be in contention again even if a few depart.

I thought Schoey was found out in not throwing Shep into the ruck and moving Heal off Yarran. Shep was well beaten by Silvani and needed to get into the game and maybe a stint in the ruck to give Dela who by the way battled manfully a bit of a break. Yarran was the difference up until 3 qtr time but Heal was left on him for the duration. Umpires?...no different to every other game this year when the other side get paid frees and fair enough too but we don't get the same. if 19 to 6 is correct then that's bullshit.

Ocker, I was amazed at the free kick count 19-6 Fremantle's way but didn't know we only got 1 after quarter time. That is truly amazing and surely one for the record books. IMO, I do not think Subi were rewarded for their tackling today. Any other day they would have been. Fremantle were going to win regardless.

I think we should have a Grand Final replay next week. The real Peel Thunder (no Fremantle Players or coach invited) v Subiaco. If that was to happen Subi would win by 20+ goals
