Bestry's very mobile and if we have 3 talls running hard off Keunen that should wear him down. Will be interesting what the match ups Schoey is looking at but our mids will need to be right on top of their game.

Just watched a news clip of Sydney training at Leederville today. Who was the bloody genius who approved that!! Leederville has the biggest workload of any WAFL ground with 2 league clubs based and training there and games their every week plus if we lose and or the Ferals win it could host finals every week of the finals apart from the GF. Lathlain would have been the obvious choice being the next closest to the CBD, just another insult to the WAFL imho.

SS, Godd luck wearing Keunen down, he has been battling above his weight division and multiple ruck combinations for years and regularly beats his opponents. We also have Adams, Kietel, Rodda and Lourey that shoulder some of the work in various positions around the ground that works well for us.

Fair call Leedy, great matchups all over the ground, teams are so evenly matched, we ended up 3 games clear only due to being more consistent, our best and your best are pretty close imho.

Good luck to the Lions -- we have a strong side in so hopefully we will fall over the line.

Was hoping they would have resolved the telecast issue re WP/C9 versus the rest and telecast the Subi WP game tomorrow.
I have an RDO at Yandi tomorrow and it would have made my day but I see it's the 1st semi. :(
Oh well, I will tune into the WAFL web site to keep up to date on the most important game.
I know I'm sick of it but what is the latest on this on going saga??

God, in the past they (ABC) have always shown the elimination game ie the 1st semi or this year also the elimination final as they are cut throat games, but at least now, whatever the results today, the prelim & GF will be telecast.

In a word, magnificent!!!
From about half way through the second quarter the boys just strangled WP and didn't allow them the freedom they had earlier on.
The mids were all very good including young Hoskins (28 possessions & 12 tackles) but what absolute blinders were played by the big boys Delahunty (30 possessions,18 hit-outs) and Wheeler (23 possessions, 25 hit-outs and 3 goals)!!
The spread of goals was also very pleasing because Boland, Deluca and Yarran (until late in the game) were very well held.
The boys deserved to go straight through after such a terrific season but the great thing about our finals system is that nothing is guaranteed until the GF, but now at least we're there to have another crack at it!!
Bring it on!

Yep we were too good for WP today. We applied great pressure and tackling and the cardies couldn't handle it. I hope WP rebound to beat the Eagirls but they have a lot of work to do. Nelson & Black tried hard all day. Subi had winners everywhere but the big fellas were brilliant as mentioned above. Worthington played well but could have booked a holiday. Halligan looked sore??? Boland average but nearly everyone contributed. Jackson injured before bounce ? Moore played well in ressies who got a touch up but still have a chance against a good Swans side next week - all the best lads.
Subi a week off to rest up and hope WP & the Eagirls bash the shit out of each other !!!

A Great win, but as has already been mentioned we have a lot of improvement in us. Wheeler was yet again outstanding, clear BOG. Robbo, Horse, Kitch, Mena and Twomey all got better as the game went on. Not even going to comment on the umpiring, when you've got the most awarded team up against the least awarded team we all knew what was going to happen and it was just another challenge we needed to deal with. Dissapointing to see them miss the many West Perth sniper attacks behind the play, but that's just the West Perth way. Hopefully Wortho gets off with just a fine, saw the incident and yes it was a bit reckless but Black certainly made the most of it dramatically throwing himself on the ground like a premier league player and was not injured at all, continued the game and didn't even seem to have a bruise, but that's just the West Perth way.

Your fucken delusional Outer. If you reckon you got stitched up by the umps and we are snipers, you shouldn't be posting on a forum such as this. Worthington will get (at a minimum) 1 week if the tribunal have any idea, it was a full on reckless charge and Black milked fuck all, your just trying to justify a piss ant fine. $ubi can make it all go away anyway, nudge, nudge, wink, wink, if you know what I mean.

Way too good you blokes were, we copped the 3 big injuries that was the final nail in the coffin but we would have got done anyway, I would be very interested to see if you think we were going full on from the 20min mark of the 3rd qtr ?

PS: Of those players you mentioned, only two are from within your zone $$$.
