Leedy was spot on in fact mate, $ubi offered a deal to Davis confirmed to me by a teamate but luckily we have managed to keep him away from $ubis grubby hands it seems

Hopefully you have been chipping in some of your 'hard earned' NZ$$$$ freeze to keep your 2nd club ticking along for a few more years yet!!

WBD don't need my money mate....they just siphon it off the AFL, who in turn take it from clubs like SDFC by way of reducing draft fees etc......good time for EF not to have a draftee for once I reckon.....not so good for the likes of Cl, SF and SD tho.....oh yeah those clubs mentioned are not in any particular mind you.....

I guess it's time to get some opinions from the usual diehards on whether the "ins" match the "outs" and vice versa. For mine, the only big losses will be Bristow, Leishman, MacDougall and Deluca to a lesser extent given he didn't play league for all of the 2014 season. JKT and Forrie would have been handy this year but not really losses as we didn't see much of either of them last year. Expecting big things from Kitchin which will hopefully balance out the loss of Brissy although the value or otherwise of Mengola and Lockyer remains to be seen. Wood is also a good in for us so all in all I think we'll be in a similar position as last year in terms of personnel which is promising when you also consider some of the young blokes coming through from the colts and the likes of Yarran, Hampson, Waters, Chris Deluca with another year under their belts.

Anyone else have some thoughts?

I'm looking forward to seeing Greg Clarke from the colts. Still eligible for colts but I wonder if we will play him in the seniors.
