thing is DG you guys HAVE Menagola and Hancock from the sounds of things, whilst Hampson joining EF is purely The West speculation.....WHEN George turns out in an EF jumper I will be stoked......Anthony replaces Hancock in spades and George would easily replace Peake up front TBH......would love it to happen but hey with SF and WP in the hunt too, who knows what will happen.

Totally agree with Turtle as to 'why' would Hampson want to go to Perth.....just won a flag at Subi, wouldn't he go to a club in with a chance of winning a flag or at least playing finals in the next year or two?

Think he is headed your way freezin. Souths don't have the points and West Perth don't have the cash. The bad news for you is Brennan had an ankle reco this week.

Hampson would complement EF for sure but if SF swoop that could be a key to push them up the ladder.

That is great news Buddy.Regarding Hampson,I would think Subi would be chasing a player exchange rather than money,given that he still has a year to go on his contract which gives the club a strong base to negotiate from.He played state footy last year and has been looked at by the AFL so he would have to be valued highly.On a side note,I have friends who work at Gloucester Park on Friday nights.Late last year Subi celebrated their season at the trots.My friends thought the players were generally well behaved but singled out Hampson as an exception.Two sides to every story I guess.
