Well done against a valiant opponent. 

Fantastic effort by the boys after struggling in the first half. Greg Clark was superb, Harry Marsh not far behind, Gus Dewar very attacking and Jordy Lockyer rock solid. Chad Harris played a blinder as did Jack Mayo. An all round team effort against a Souths who were up against it with a couple of tough games over the last few weeks, injuries when they counted and a short turnaround. Not a dominant season by Subi but a bloody good result. Well done to all concerned. It was also good to see Jarrod Schofield and Horsley getting around the boys after the game on the field. Glory, glory.......

Well done Subiaco. Far too good....again. Souths did have their chances in the first half but failed to put the results on the scoreboard. It was all one way traffic after half time. Cant see any signs that this juggernaut is slowing down any time soon. Souths were brave today but they still looked out of their depth and IMO the gap between Subiaco and the rest has not narrowed a great deal. It is important that teams like Swans, East Freo and Perth who have been in the lower part of the ladder for too long get better so we can reintroduce an element of unpredictably into the competition. Same teams playing for the flag every year will make it very hard to promote the competition to new supporters. Easier said than done I suppose.  In the meantime enjoy the celebrations Lions supporters

Unfortunately for SF Mike.They just don't match up well against Subi.And haven't for the last 5 years.Subi just wear them into the ground.
Why I don't see Subi doing another unbeaten season.With a 💯 point GF win,Anytime soon.It is a consern they still have the capacity to recruit players like Brandon Matera.Adding to an already strong squad.

Subi is a great club!

It must have felt more like a gorilla RL. Was only a one year drought though.

Yeah DD it probably felt more like a Gorilla,as i recall one of their faithful telling them to ''hang their heads in shame''last year when we knocked them off..

Very well said mate. Your summary similar to mine. I would add how proud I was of the young boys stepping up when Kitch & Della were quiet. I think Stainsby deserves a special mention. Also to note that I don’t think I could respect a footballer less then I do of Suban. Played an effective game but what a piece of work he is
