No 58 no relation.As Winger pointed out he is the son of Gavin Bell who lived next door to me yonks ago and I coached him in junior cricket so I know he was no relation to Brendan.Gavin was a wild thing fast bowler in juniors Very fast- especially when he got the ball on the pitch!(If you’re reading this Gavin I deny all accusations)!
