If there was a genuine breach by the club it would result from poor management which would be a disturbing thought. In any event, any alleged breach would be subject to legal interpretation
I can’t imagine that there would be any problem with the actual contract documentation.

Seems like some clubs live within their means to their detriment on the field while some clubs, like the two MonaLisa has coached think they are immune from sound and responsible financial management.

I would say the WAFC needs a close look at EF’s books and warn them there will be no WP style bail out for clubs in future who spend money on recruiting whilst not pay their bills. Your coach has had way too much to say on the matter and shown a great deal of disrespect to a rival football club.

Not sure why the vitriol towards Bill, he was asked a question and answered it. The issue is between Perth and Leggett. That will get sorted at Arbitration. Peos thinks a deal could get done, Perth seemed determined to stand their ground. EF have offered overs and Perth declined.
It doesn’t appear as black and white as EF playing him HB now does it??

I’d take the 20k (if that’s what’s been offered) in a heartbeat for a player with no sense of loyalty whatsoever. If Leggxit thinks he’s draft material after this drama he is delusional.

Your coach should act more professional and just say no comment it’s going to arbitration. He’s had way too much to say. Our FM Dale Ballantyne has shown discipline whenever quizzed on the matter.
