It seems to me that if anyone needs to take a long hard look at himself it is Paul Peos.
As I have said previously, what Cody needs is a good player manager.

KCEF, if Peos and Leggett (and EF, no-one is buying the line that you guys are sitting back as a neutral party) are so confident that Perth have breached the contract to such an extent that Leggett is allowed to terminate, why would you offer overs?

Who knows!!!

Arbitration appears rare- Townsend said 3 in the last decade- so that fact it's going this far suggests the player has a case. But that's just being speculative. Either way, it's not a great look for either club, the player or the competition

Have you ever heard anything more ridiculous?

“He is likely to play at half-back if he moves to East Fremantle after playing mostly in the centre for Perth last season.”

Normally a player will complain he is pigeon holed in one position and he’s looking for more opportunities in the midfield, not the other way around. You would think the poor lad was starved of opportunity at the Demons. Lol

I'm only guessing, but I assume he sees half back as his best chance of getting drafted. He sees himself in that Bachar Houli role of sweeping off half back with long kicking. That's all well and good, but it is just a pretext for Leggett to try to break his contract. I can't imagine Perth would refuse to let him play half back. Why would we? It would allow us to run Matt Taylor through the middle.

Originally I went along with you guys that he's a required contracted player so he's not going anywhere...but now, after all this crap I'm of the view that you should take the $20k and cut him loose. He can't be good for the morale of the rest of Perth's playing group and to be honest, he sounds like a narcissistic knob.

Arbitrator:
"Did said rival club gain official permission to speak to subject contracted to Perth FC player?"

Arbitrator:
"In what specific clause(s) did the holder of the contract (PFC) allegedly breach this agreement?"

Arbitrator:
"Does the holder of this contract (PFC) have any desire to terminate said contract earlier than it's term?"

Arbitrator:
"The holder of this contract has exclusive rights which shall under WAFL rules be protected to the full extent without prejudice unless overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing and or negligence can be provided by the aggrieved party(s)"
