Ever since I've been reading about Papertalk I'm thinking he's good mates with Troppy. Probably played colts at EF together and maybe goes back further than that. Being valued at 10 points shows the system is flawed but hopefully he's a late maturer and turns out alright.

I believe that players do play better in a team where they have a genuine like of their team mates and was really hopeful that the 3 Mortons playing together would bring out the best in them. Sadly I don't think it did. But not to say Papertalk won't lift playing along side the Sandover medalist. Points system needs some jigging though

I don't see what Papertalk brings to us. He has no track record and his 10 points could have been better spent.

I know the points system is a bit complicated. Do not know why Papertalk is worth 10 points especially when he hasn't played any AFL. If anything this is to his detriment. However he is on our list now and I wish him the best of luck for this season.

I think you bloke are a real chance to win this. I like what I'm seeing coming out of pre-season and you've done really well recruiting. Good luck.

The value of points given to players,they are what they are.

For mine 10 points spent on another KP forward was the go,i reckon we have enough Papertalk type players already at the club and they are valued at only 1 point.
Papertalk valued at 10 points has to play in the seniors every week if he doesnt why recruit him?

Looking at our likely line up for this weekend no matter who you throw where and in what position we are still lacking a one KP forward,imo.

It looks like it will be wet and at this early stage its hard to say who that will benefit but i reckon playing at windy Joondy we wont mind those wet conditions.

You blokes are clutching or hanging onto any motivation you can scrounge up. WP culture does not allow this "don't rate them" horse shit, forever I can remember we are underdogs in most games but go about our business in a professional manner. Should have taken our opportunities more in the first qrt. Got within a goal early in the last and to let West Perth kick the next 5 goals is unacceptable. Didn't help with White looking to hurt is ankle again and Tropiano limping from the ground in the second. Also Leggett giving away a couple of undisciplined free kicks.
