I am cautiously optimistic about this one.

We will not have to contend against Colledge or McInnes or Sinclair as they will break into the Eagles lineup.

Colledge will come in for one or another struggling WC mid. McInnes will come in for McGovern. I am never happy to see a player injured but with McGovern out McInnes will be in. Sinclair will come in for someone.

West Coast are playing away which means another 2 players taken on the trip.

We all admire Wolf but I think he may be starting to tire.

If Billings out Latch to take his position and Eyers to take Latch's spot.

Kalajzic back in.

Arangio or Borrett to be considered up forward.

Lee, Johnson, Wolf and Payne maybe the ones to watch.

whilst i wasn't there it was described in the paper as a shirtfront which you just can't do these days. to make it worse the bloke he hit ended up in hospital with concussion so suggest Billings needs to adjust to the current interpretation around head high contact or give it away. as an opposition supporter the latter is probably the better option for all concerned.

I know we have discussed this on other threads before but why do people think that he ends up on report so much? I would be particularly interested in Perth supporters view. I have seen him when he has played Swans and while he is physical he didn't come across particularly as a dirty player to me? I have read BC's comments above, do you think that it is because he is making contact with the head a lot and they are pretty tough on that now?

mike...i'm not sure he's deliberately a grub as i've not seen enough of him but he certainly must be careless and/or reckless to get himself in the chit so much. it's probably a case now that he's scrutinised more than anyone else because of his history and gets pinged on things that others may get away with but i'd suggest he's only got himself to blame with the way he goes about it.

Not being bias guys but I believe that he indeed gets pinged on things that other players would not be in the slighted scrutinised for. I think it stems from a hit he gave a wp player that by the sounds of things was black and white. He got off on a technicality and they have been after him since. Time it stopped for mine.

Can't believe people still defend this guy as the victim, if he was at East Perth you guys would be wanting him executed.
