Have to agree. This has been Perth's issue for years. They give young players a look in at Colts level or just before but then forget about the talent that develops a little slower than others. I know Gosnells and Thornlie have had several 21 to 24 year old players over the years very capable of matching some current WAFL players. Because they are playing B grade they are not seen.
