DD, I find it very strange indeed that Chopper might have been appointed Director of Football at an ammo club, Trinity Aquinas, when as reported by the club on November 19 he was appointed to quite an extensive Junior Development role within  PFC designed to provide a fast track of talent through the various transition paths.
He has stated his desire to play but does not yet appear on the club list of senior players. 
 

Do amateur clubs have "directors of football now"? Jeez what happened to President, senior coach and lower grade coaches?

This is some sort of joke surely. I thought he had just been appointed as our junior development coach or something and would be unable to play WAFL footy. Now he is football director at Trinity Aquinas. As Tiger said, how can these amateur clubs have directors of football. What is going on.
 

Apologies my bad, I should have said Trinity College. He’ll be in charge of their schools program from 12 years upwards. Not TA ammos. If you read the article in the West he’s clearly going to wait and see how it all pans out and I don’t think he’ll know until closer to the first game, possibly later so there’s no point putting him up on the playing list until it’s necessary.

The important thing is he has indicated he wants to play and the way I read it, he says he’s got two more years to complete his teaching degree. I think we might get two years out of him in a Perth jumper before the next phase of his career. 

Hopefully folk  here have calmed  the fark down  after  massively jumping the  gun with the TA ammo stuff.... ...looks like the fella is going to be a very busy boy Mon - Sun.....

The West reports that Jordan Busher and Kieran Hug are returning to Perth next season (swapped for Mercer and Henderson)

Not sure about Hug but I like the idea of giving Jordan Busher a second go.
I saw him for WCER and I thought he had developed a bit, I reckon he's worth a shot.
