Not sure if Chance was a victim of the cuts to the football department soft cap at AFL Level or not smokey but either way it's good to have him back.

Good Perth people returning to the fold.
If you build it they will come.

That is excellent news Mr AFL. I had heard a whisper about Steve Armstrong and pleased that Chance returns also. Chance must have relinquished his role with WCE.
Those two strengthen the coaching panel overall.

I was just thinking the other day Moss and Bateman would have been team mates at Hawthorn. Good to see Army return also. I wonder what their roles will be, purely league assistants or will they have any colts or reserves involvement. Our lower grades requires drastic improvement if we are to succeed at league level.

It wasn’t any coincidence in the 70’s we were also highly successful at colts and reserves level.

Absolutely DD. It was the same in the 60s when we had, thanks to Jack Ensor, a superb Colts squad which fed into the league team so well. The result is history.]

Have we improved our zone? That is the important question. If not - why not. Has Claremonts zone been diminished. (their colts in finals for 25 years in a effing row) If not why not?

Those hand sitters on the WAFC. Fong running - what a joke
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Fong and Gareth Parker have pulled out citing work commitments. Thank fark for that re Fong. Wayne Martin QC who is WAFC chairman wants to change the voting distribution system to give more voting rights to grassroots football but says it could take a couple of years.

So we might still have a dodgy commission for a couple of years. Dorrington definitely needs to go. If he's unsuccessful he'll probably try and get back on the Road Safety Council and cap the Freeway speeds at 80 km/hr and 30km/hr on suburban roads.

I thought that zone changes had been approved but here we have the WAFC sitting on the report and doing nothing. PFC were happy with the report I believe but sounds like we wont get any action until the Commission sorts itself out and they get rid of the deadwood and get some level heads on board.

I heard a whisper re Armstrong from a reliable source but hadn't previously heard about Chance. Probably Mr AFL can tell you more.

Is there any intel out there on McInnes, Grey and Fisher. The last I heard it was reported that they had signed with Perth. Perhaps that may have been with escape clauses in the event WCE decided to have a ressies team.
In any event if they were determined to play with Perth transfers would be required.
If they are lost back to WCE then we have a heap of work to do.
We have already spent Delahunty's 10 points but get back 14 from this trio.
Hope we have some wriggle room in the cap.
