Yep GUTWEIN did an excellent job, and he presents well in Public and in the Media, he doesn't talk down to people and is not condecesding blaming the public for mistakes.

I was really impressed with the way he went early on closing Tas border, quite a bit before McGowan and of course Vic didnt bother.
