And according to The Guardian 74 of those acquired it locally, there was only one returning international traveler in that statistic.

no one has died of it in Victoria for a month despite the relatively high number of cases, to my knowledge

keep in mind that people, such as dutton, johnson had the disease badly and both are still walking around. Most people, from what is reported in the press, have an even more mild version of it.
