58S I am in Perth WA Australia where one of the priciples within the legal system here is that one has a presumption of innocence until proved guilty. From my comments above please explain what comment or comments runs counter to that very besic tenet?

But he is not innocent? I am not sure why you keep going on with that notion. He has ADMITTED to taking a banned drug. It is irrelevant if he thought at the time that it wasnt banned.
Cousins admitted to being a drug addict, but never failed a drug test so does that make him innocent?

At this point in time Watson has not been found guilty of taking a banned substance and he has not admitted guilt with respect to taking a banned substance. That may change once the ASADA investigation has finished. If it does then there will be a sanction imposed as a consequence.

With respect to Cousins I will defer to 58SHARK to answer that question.

Every club has its share of supporters who are morons, probably some of them have no idea of why they are booing but it just seems like a good idea.
Some of the English cricket supporters are giving Warner similar treatment but he just has to grin and bear it and try and let his bat do the talking.
The bottom line is if you pay your entry fee you have a right to express your views and security is there to throw out anybody who goes too far

Personally this whole booing thing is now become a larger issue as the season has progessed. I wonder nowadays if the boo meter is tuned up on the tv to make, the game or telecast more "interesting". Ohhh and on this the AFL wants? fans etc to respect the maggots, BUT are quite happy to show the angriest and abusive fans when the camera scans after a decision, surely this only promotes an anti ump feeling, amongst the most impressionable of young kids etc

Not only that but i feared for the coaches and fans at Ethiad on Saturday night,hostile place extra security required behind the opposition coaches box.

Dont disagree with you there.
My point is there were plenty of people that were very quick to throw WCE supporters under the bus with the booing, but as soon as another club(s) does it you dont hear a word out of these people.
