Well according to the Trade Lowdown on Fox Jesse Hogan is still in play. They said he passed his medical at Fremantle and he's gone to Bali for a holiday while it all plays out. It all comes down to what Fremantle get for Neal.

Tom Hickey to the Eagles. Anyone know much about him?

Looking at him on paper he’s very similar to Lycett. Same height, weight, similar games played and similar average stats. A year older.

Looks like Fremantle have done a deal with PA that will be crucial in their attempt to get Rory Lobb and Jesse Hogan to the club. They have swapped pick 6 & next years 3rd round pick for picks 11, 23, 30 & 49. Then they will be getting pick 5 from Brisbane plus other picks which should give them enough to satisfy both Melbourne and GWS and still have a couple of decent picks in the draft.

Good move by Fremantle to do the pick swap with Port before the Neale deal giving up pick 6.
If the Neale deals gets done you know Adelaide will come knocking wanting pick 5 because they won’t want Port getting their hand on the young SA talent.
Could the Dockers end up with picks 13 and 16 and or more for pick 5

Here is another spanner in the works. Reported Dayne Beams wants to return home to Collingwood. That makes things a little more interesting. Brisbane will be a little more determined to get Lachie Neale and Fremantle now know Brisbane will be expecting a good trade for Beams.
