Embarrassing stuff from Warner, yet again. Seems to be a well trodden path for him with no awareness for how much of a dickhead he looks. Completely oblivious to it and possibly the only way to get through is a suspension backed up by counseling.

DD: someone, such as Langer would help a bit, that is for sure, but for me the issue starts at the top. The captain is responsible for playing the game in its proper spirit and Smith's conduct should be questionned in this respect, as high as the ACB.
