Why a people outraged over this they'll either laugh about it at the end of the series or hate each other , storm in a tea cup , after the lack of attendance for this test match if anything it will add a bit more spice and get some patrons coming through the turn styles.

Warner needs to pull his head in, it's getting a bit boring this bloke getting in an altercation nearly every single game. His behaviour in the stairwell against the SA batsman was way over the top unless .there was extreme provocation, which I doubt there was. Would like to see Smith lay down the law here and show Davey that despite being one of the countries best and most experienced players, he's accountable and he's not number one.

Candice carries baggage here boys, Warner knew that when he married her, had kids to her etc.

You can't sledge opposition players as much as Dave does and not expect something back, To continue to go back and carry on like he did when he was told to calm down makes him look like dickhead, not a plonker. From my experience the best sledges don't like it when it comes back at them, clearly this is the case with Warner

You know what the safers are going to say in the next three tests, whatever they can to upset him.

I believe he the ACB needs to step in here and suspend him, but they won't.

Back to the cricket, it was a good result, I can't wait for round 2 at Port Elizabeth in 4 nights time. Important to win that toss, bat long and score heaps

Yes good result - and i would expect the Proteas to regroup and push back hard.

because the aussie cricket team can't go through a series without controversy....against India it was world war 3 with Kohli, the Poms Jonny Bairstow and the head butting saga with Bancroft before a ball had even been bowled, and now we have bad vibes with the Jaapies after just 4 days of the first test...ffs...just play cricket and forget all the other nonsense.

I don't know wtf you're going on about regarding Kholi, the Bancroft issue happened at a pub, Bairstow got a grilling from the English heirachy , and the Warner De Cock issue didn't even happen on the ground by the looks of it no charges are going to be laid these two teams are hard at it can't wait for the second test, if it's to controversial for you don't watch it

go fu*k yourself. because it didn't happen on the ground doesn't mean it won't be sanctioned by the regulator. if Warner and or Lyon get a penalty I'll expect a full apology from you moron.

Anymore virtual signalling to do. you almost claimed some one made a racist remark about Usman a day ago.[/quote]

Hey Pete - if you want to appear as young, and groovy, and with it, at least get get the phrase right.

It's "virtue signalling" - which of course you have been doing for months on behalf of Peel Thunder. ;)

Wonder what would have been said if it was Marsh et al???

I think his NSW root and her history is the reason for the sledge.....funny i reckon 58

Fraid I don't know anything about his missus.

FYI 58 :)

Candice Warner is the wife of Australian cricketer David Warner. They married in April 2015.[1] They had their first child (a daughter) on 11 September 2014[10] and a second daughter on 14 January 2016.[11]

Candice Warner has had previous high-profile relationships with sporting stars such as Braith Anasta, Matt Henjak, Matt Poole, Brent Staker, Anderson, David Carney and Marcos Baghdatis. She was also in a brief relationship with British comedian David Walliams.[12] She is also known for a "toilet tryst" with rugby superstar Sonny Bill Williams. In 2007, she was captured on a mobile phone camera with Williams at the Clovelly Hotel. She was seen with another Bulldogs player, Ben Roberts, at a Kings Cross nightclub three hours afterward.[13]

Thanks unk. Not sure I'd pick up with a woman with that background, but even so, it's his choice and neither of them deserve to be ridiculed.

42...all is forgiven...your unwavering comparison of the aussie cricket team in defense of Kyrgios is probably on the money after seeing the events of the last couple of days. in saying that, we're talking about a minority in Warner and to a lesser extent Lyon but I see where you are coming from.
