BH hit the nail on the head with his summation of the ressies mate, was a spirited comeback and really after half time it looked like witches hats

As expected, your boys won and Souths thumped us so our ressies meet again in the prelim. Wonder what the WAFC will do regarding playing venues? If WP had won I expect the ressies would have played at Joondy as the WP league team are there but with Subi ressies finishing second it should revert back to their home ground advantage, but then the WAFC may look at Basso as Swans have both their Colts and ressies in the prelim, will be interesting but would be unusual for the higher ranked side to lose home ground in this instance.

I'd be very surprised if that occurred. Leederville looked an a little worse for wear yesterday with pot holes all over the oval. I'm surprised not more people did an ankle.
You would think all 3 Preliminary Finals would be at HBF Arena.

Yeah that is confirmed in todays West, I guess it makes sense, neutral venue for the ressies.

Leederville has a massive workload with 2 clubs playing and training there, it's actually in better condition than last season at this time, but you would have to wonder why the Swans were allowed to train on it before last Saturdays final against the Dockers and I assume the hawks did the same, surely they could have had a run over at Lathlain and given Leederville a rest, anyway leederville is done and dusted for the year as far as WAFL games goes but plenty of training for both tenants, hopefully just this week for the Ferals..

Time to put some football back at the top of the topic pile instead of bloody boring politics ..it is a footy chat forum after all

Whilst I've been going through the turmoil of the past week of telling my employers to go and get effed haven't had my eye on the footy fellas. See we have both colts and ressies in the prelim this weekend. Any news regarding team ins and outs. Now free to get out to Joondy so looking forward to both games. Replay of both games I saw 2 weekends ago so going on that we are a big chance in both games.
