"Nah, the WP/S boundary is Hepburn until the freeway and then Subi has that part of Kingsley until Whitfords Ave."

WAFC employees are involved in every junior zone nowadays...do you think they purposely help Swans more than WP in getting kids to play footy instead of soccer.

Every club does their best...WP have poor numbers but it's not their fault...anymore than it is the WAFC employees fault

Not at all I am just giving you a first hand experience of the 2 zones having lived in both back to back. There are a helluva lot more kids & schools up here than in my experience in the SD metro zone. Why they are not playing footy is anyone's guess maybe the beach life is more there go.
You also didnt answer my question when was the last time you have travelled north of Burns Beach Rd?

Mate there are suburbs galore north and east of Kinross (which is on Burns Beach Rd) virtually all with young families- Carramar, Banksia Grove, Tapping, Ashby, Mindarie, Clarkson, Quinns Rock, Merriwa, Ridgewood, Butler, Jindalee, Alkimos, Eglinton, Yanchep, Two Rocks. It is almost completely joined estates from north of Tamala Park to Two Rocks (and definitely will be fully complete by 2025) now there are more houses going up in a week up here than would be going up in a decade in SD metro zone. Our only fast growing young suburb was Ellenbrook which the WAFC inexplicably gave to EP more than likely to also appease Subiaco in a pushover effect.
I will concede WP have probably the smallest country zone but I cannot fathom how anyone could possibly say their metro zone is bad or tough especially when you live and breathe it daily...it is already very good and will only get greater in the future unless of course Subi get the boundaries changed again just to suit themselves.

Anyway, kinda hijacked the topic again.

Will say, Rudy will be (if fit) a more than adequate replacement for Max Duffy.

Not bad up forward with Lourey, Riddoch, Manning, Rodda at times, Strijk floating through, maybe Simpson as well although I guess he is likely to play key back?

I couldnt agree more Grassy.
...and yet it is always WP, EP, SD that are effected by the boundary changes North-East to appease Subiaco.
A bit unfair you would say on WP & SD considering both clubs had the balls to either move or start up clubs in future growing areas but are constantly having to change their boundary zones for those who didnt!

I live in Jindalee and have never seen anyone kicking a football. Plenty of soccer balls though.

Sorry Barista for it going slightly off topic although it is all WP related.
Was just giving a first hand opinion to some of the posts previous from someone actually living in WPs district.
Over and out from me....good luck this week WP, WART were very ordinary last week vs FART and are there for the taking!
