Basil Zempalis announced on 882 6PR that Krakouer will not be playing for WP. He has got a job as FIFO in the mining industry and will not be playing in the WAFL.

interesting, i suppose thats what happens when you tell him he has a job that hasnt even been funded..
should have taken the job with Swannies..
a loss to the WAFL though to not see his talents on the field..

and i was the one pointing out a few weeks ago that Krak wasnt happy as the funding hadnt come thru for his job, looks like I was on the money..

I wrote several weeks ago Krak's was not training with the club and he wasn't.
He eventually did and it was clear he was 'unfit' and weeks behind his team mates - a few said it mattered not as he would come to the party when it mattered.

The party is about to happen and he's GONE

I know the mining game and it is NOT HARD for the indigenous to obtain employment - in fact it is ridiculously easy - and no-one in Perth can match that money...No-one.

I'm sorry but I do not believe the hype surrounding Big K this time around....

he's on WP's player list on the WAFL website so you would think the transfer had been agreed to for that to happen..

You couldn't be further from the truth mate, he was offered inxs of $150k to work in liaison capacity with a mining company, easy decision at this stage of his career ! I can guarantee you that Monaghan would not be concerned one bit, he is a move forward type coach, he will be looking into who can fill that role from within as we speak !

why would he chase a job in mining when he already had a job and contract with West Perth ?
