either you know that for sure, or your speaking in hypotheticals.

the end of the day a contract was signed. if the details of the contract were not altered, then the contract has been broken.

WP could then pursue their options to recover the funds for the transfer, and further more their wasted time in the initial set up for the player.

outside of that, I cant see how any of us here would know anything else. The player and the WPFC would know. And it will be played out on that basis accordingly.

i posted the info a few weeks ago Jardine but was informed by Leedy that my info was incorrect, since then Krak has left and taken a job on the mines..

Not at all, Im still asking what job ? He never commenced in that role.

exactly, you didnt have the funding for it..

however we look at it, its a shame because he would have been a good drawcard for the wafl overall, like he was at swans back in 2010.

I think maybe WP will be better off without him, given his head probably isn't in the right space for wafl these days obviously.
