He had shoulder and ankle problems whilst at StK but not hammies.

Cody Leggett and Corey Byrne are probably the only two that put together a four quarter effort yesterday. The rest for me just flashed in and out of the game.

This was epitomised when we let the ball bounce through for a goal rather than killing the ball and rushing it through for a behind.

If you think that the team tried all day and we still get thrashed then we really are in a lot of trouble as a club.

That was fkn horrible to watch, waiting for the ball to bounce up instead they let it just roll through the goals.

I'm with you, the level of intensity and willingness to run and compete was well off yesterday. The two week break comes at a good time I reckon.

I believe that the late and great Ted O'Callaghan would turnover in his grave if he knew about this.
As far as coaches go, we have 3 head coaches, one for each team, who, in turn have assistants. I would not expect them all to attend recovery but I would have thought that there would be at least one of them in attendance to get feedback from the players and the medical staff.
IMO it boils down to how professional the club wants to be. There should be some sort of presence at these sessions by the coaches.

As someone who has a lot of knowledge in this area if the Conditioning coach is worth his salt there will be no need for anyone else to attend I assure you. But not being privy to his exact practices then I am guessing. All I know is that normal procedure is being followed for a club on a normal WAFL budget. The actual coaches in the football department generally wouldn't know what is best for their players as it isn't their area of expertise, hence why it is left to Ben and just overseen by the coaches. Same practice at Swans.
Stick fat as they are having a crack in a comp so lopsided it is not funny anymore. If we get a few injuries at Swans like all clubs bar $ubi and alignments then we are farked as well
