A Sandover would not be completely out of the question, given the DEES winning a fair share of games.
BC you're showing your colours or your age.
Cody Legget can't win a Sandover in 2020, he won't be playing WAFL by the looks of
it.
Cody Leggett will not win the Bernie Naylor either.
Billy wants him to play half back so he gets drafted.
By the way that won't happen either.
Keiran Delahunty to give his cousin a touch up at some stage.
Samuel Stubbs to run 3rd in the Bernie Naylor.
The DEES to break the finals drought, and win at least one final.
Go DEES.

Lol yes that will be the same day that you beat us

The question is who will play Subi in the grand final, yawn.
I don’t think it will be us, I think our already struggling forward line will struggle some more with the loss of our entire small forward division in Richo, Bradshaw and Treacy. If Tom Lees body can get 8 years younger we’ll be right.

Masten to be a big let down for the Demons, Mitchell to win the Sandover, Sokol to win Bernie (hopefully he gets taken in pre season draft)

What do you base that comment on? I think Masten will feel he's got something to prove and wants to make a, statement that he's still got something to offer at AFL level. There is that carrot of the mid season draft but also I think he will thrive with the young players around him who should be following his lead in terms of preparation. I think he will have a very positive impact both in his own performance and rubbing off on his team mates. I think he'll be an on field and off field leader and I'd say he's already had a massive impact.

Great to get these players who've had a big AFL career come back to the WAFL.

Agreed DD was very happy to see him come back to the WAFL. But like many people I've never had much time for him as a player and just don't think he'll have the effectiveness that Dees supporters hope he will. Yes will provide hard running and a stats sheet with as much ink on it as his body, but like his previous wafl games won't enter the best players list much. However I don't totally disregard him as a player and know that this statement may come back to haunt me in the future.

I think he's one of those players that carries the burden of being an early draft pick. If he was taken pick 34 or 56 instead of pick 3 people would have been saying what a bargain he was and had an outstanding career. But fair to say he didn't quite live up to the hype of a No 3 pick but then you could also say he had a much longer and successful career than a shed load on top ten picks and indeed No 1,2 and 3 picks.

Based on Mastens games for EP during the alignment he, for me, along with a small few did put in but was told to play a role rather than play the game, with a good WAFL coach as opposed to half arsed wanna be afl one, think he will be an a grade player. He always seemed to enjoy playing the game and at WAFL level that is an important factor.

Totally agree with you Grump.
Some comments on here are very disrespectful of Chris Masten, a 215 gamesAFL premiership player. You do not get that sort of record if you are just an average player.
He always played a role for the Eagles and was an important link in the running game that they play. He is an elite runner with a big tank and was the 2km champ for most of his career.
He can be proud of his career at AFL. I don’t believe he would sully that record by just being average for Perth. I expect him to have a very positive impact next season both on and off the field.

Agree Smokester...he wasn't one of my favourite players but anyone who notches up 215 AFL games is no dud and he should be good for Perth.

Agree, Masten will be a gun at WAFL level. He’ll average over 30 and I reckon Is a better player than Mitchell and Bolton
