Lol, or maybe EF didn't turn a profit in 2019 and since all stakeholders including us tax payers had to bail out West Perth, one of the changes the WAFC has implemented is to ban WAFL clubs from recruiting from other WAFL clubs or equivalent leagues when they haven't got their finances in order.
