First versus second: it has to be a close game one would think. What's that at the end of the match it is 13.10 (88) to 3.10 (28). And who won? The team whose supporters have been bemoaning how injury ravaged their team is and yet is QUITE REMARKABLY undefeated having despatched the second placed team by a mere 10 goals.

How can anyone take this competition seriously?

But Subiaco are ravaged by injuries at the moment. What a complete and utter joke the WAFL has become.

And for freezin's benefit the word should be magnificent in this topic's title. If only that was the only problem with the WAFL at this point in time.

Given the current score at Basso I expect that DW has already gone home or has resolved not to go to another WAFL game.

And I mean no disrespect to Perth supporters. You have supported your club through some very tough times and deserve some success before the end comes to the WAFL competition.

This once great competition has sadly deteriorated. Could one say to the point of no return?

wag yet Gavin Taylor and the WAFC will try to tell us how good the WAFL is; how we have beaten all the other second tier competitions. A very simple question is to be asked why does the AFL want to DESTROY all the other competitions and why is the WAFC complicit in this destruction?

Will 2019 be the start of a new competition Newman style of four teams: Subiaco, East Perth and the two WA domiciled AFL club's reserves teams?

Yes and we will when Edwards- Baldwin, Nick Menegola, Ryan Borchet, McKenzie Lawrence are replaced by Ben Newton, Kyle Halligan, Clancy Wheeler, Brad Stevenson....then we'll just have to fit in Justin Joyce and Adam Cockie….I can't wait.
