Well the poor old tax payer of WA has been forced to wear a $200,000 loss courtesy of the WPFC, with the State Government agreeing to write it off, appalling set of circumstances.

Its now becoming apparent that other club officials are not happy with the WAFC handing over 250,00 to pay other suppliers meaning WPFC will avoid paying its legitimate debts while other clubs have honoured their. this sets a messy precedent, with clubs now expecting a sovereign guarantee for debts they incur, as Colin Rockman has stated other clubs have found away of honouring debts accept us.

I thought you said they couldn't be forced and with the ATO they were first in line.
