It may shock you freeze but those are the clubs I support tho I no longer follow Collingwood in fact any AFL team at all anymore for that matter ..also follow other black & white teams around the traps eg Busselton in the SWFL, Glenorchy in the TFL, Swansea in the EPL ..you get the drift!!

Well said guys e.g Swandog and Beasley. I still follow Melbourne from the VFL days. WPFC in the WAFL. Sad but true. Parra in the NRL. It doesnt all come down to colours but loyalty something the 2 AFl TEAMS in WA no nothing about.
Hey there memberships are huge but that reflects on WA pride not the clubs. The WAFL supporters have loyalty and pride but that will end with the alignment because our presidents could of done more. End of story End of WAFL. Bloody Sad

Yeh my interest in the VFL is just a passing one these days, i still cling to the old VFL memories when you would be at a WAFL game and at half time they have the VFL scores on the radio or on the board and i would eagerly check to see if the Hawks got up and then watch the winners on Sunday night, but its a distant memory. Last year i can honestly say i only watched one game of AFL from start to finish and that was the GF, i was gutted the Hawks lost but only for about half an hour, when Swans lost the Prelim the week before v EF it took me 3 weeks! i still hope the Hawks win but your right cardy its about tradition

Did you listen to the 2 GF`s Busso were in last year? Sounded like good games on the radio (i listened via i-phone tunein radio)

I actually went down to watch the first grand final mate, it was a bit farcical at the final siren when no one seemed to know what the ruling was in regards to a draw ..couldnt make it back for the next weekend tho when the mighty Busso won the replay!

SD I was taking the piss mate....didn't want a response, but thanks for correcting the errors of my way.....though it doesn't suprise me you jumped on the Hawthorn express during their good years in the mid 80's - 90's....one of many to jump on that band wagon!!

Considering Newcastle United are known for their black & white home strip in the EPL, similiar to SDFC, quite suprised you follow Swansea mate....the Geordie fans would eat you alive for that!!....well the Geordie girls would anyway...had a few crazy nights in my time in the UK, visting good old 'Noo'ka'sill'...more so than my nights in good ole Swansea!!

True that about the Geordies strip freeze but I just cant bring myself to support anything from England due to Ashes rivalry hence why the support of Swansea who are also black & white ...also I would have thought a sharp fella like yourself would have picked up the connection with the name as well (SWANSea)!!

must be those drugs I found in a swimming bag the other day BH....thought they were meant to perk you up, feel quite knocked off TBH....Swansea from memory wasn't the sort of place to visit day or night....usual drugs, alcohol and stuff....reminded me of Midland scarily enough.....
