Will be interesting when we play Souths. Beat them twice last year with players no longer at the club and only one of them still playing WAFL.

Leggett, CJ, Ninyette, Bennell, Bryan, Narrier.

Corey Yeo isn’t available but new faces at the club include Masten, Grey, McInness, Delahunty, Fisher, McDonald, Stubbs, O'Driscoll and Clarke. Not sure South have added much to last years line up but they are obviously playing well.
Get on your bike.
It was Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve.

Their percentage took a hit of 3.1% after last weekends result and currently 15.2% difference between 4 and 5. Even if they won all three matches and gained the 12 premiership points, they'd need big margins to boost the percentage. Then they'd be hanging on other results being kind to them.
The finishing order is going to be of interest because West Perth and Claremont still have a Bye. The final team standings probably won't be known until the final week of fixtures been completed.

the Perth v Subiaco , East Perth v Swan Districts & East Fremantle v Claremont games this weekend will define who is still in the race - Claremont have already lost 2 games so they are the the team Subiaco & East Perth will sweat on losing again to open it all up if they both win

Being a Home game for Perth, they'd need to go in as favourites I would have thought. Perth having 23.9 Disposals/ Goal whilst Subiaco are managing 27.2 Disposals per Goal.
Would be great to see Swans have a second consecutive win. That's looking unlikely after the news following last weeks match. And the East Fremantle Oval match is no certainty if The Sharks play like last week, they'll give Claremont a good run for their money.

with perth's inept performance today it opens up a intriguing two weeks with six teams in the running.south will make the finals but any of the other five could play or miss.west perth will want to win at least one as they could miss the four if beaten by claremont and subi and perth winning both games and subi winning and having big wins.highly unlikely.claremont could miss the four if they lose their last game next week especially if it is a big loss.highly unlikely but their form is patchy.perth would have to have a huge win next week against swans to make up percentage or beat souths or a very narrow loss.i doubt they can win both games.subi are the dark horse.with a couple of players back they could win both games.likely to beat the sharks but can they make up some percentage.can they beat west perth at joondalup.i am sure west perth will go hammer and tongs because if they beat subi their only competition will be souths for the flag.east perth have the slimmest chance to make the four.would need to win both games and hope perth lose both games and subi to lose one game.another scenario would be for perth to win one game narrowly.east perth would have to beat souths and thrash peel.i suspect after todays effort that beating south would be unlikely.whatever happens i hope we have a top four without subi.

Was Perth's performance as inept as your punctuation?

Lets assume South beat us next week which would end our slim chances,Perth beat Swans,Subi beat Sharks,South would have an unassailable grip on top position,so would it be in their best interests to beat Perth the following week and open the door for Subi?????i wouldn't have thought so.

Peel, Swan Districts and East Fremantle are out of finals contention. Time to play some kids.

East Perth plays South Fremantle. You'd think South Fremantle should win.

Perth v Swan Districts. Huge game and televised game on Saturday. Perth should be favorites.

Subiaco v East Fremantle. Subiaco should win.

Claremont v West Perth. If Claremont wins they secure a finals berth. West Perth would want to win to get a double chance comes finals time.

It should be top 4 all the time.

1 v 2, 3 v 4
Then if following ladder position,
2 v 3 Preliminary Final
Then
1 v 2 Grand Final
