the members did get rid of the said president pretty soon after the vote; people need to keep it in context, he was the 'Southern Districts' president, whom would have sent the club to Kelmscott. He was not the only one of course, Cable supported it; but, they were a minority within the PFC

After the Perth footy club voted no, their spokesperson or whatever one calls him did a huge back-flip. And unbeknown to the board, the spokesperson voted yes.

West Perth needs to be kicked out of the competition. Seriously. They only managed 965 fans at their latest game, they are in serious debt. They've got VenuesWest pissed off by gaining permission to change the name of the oval from HBF Arena to Provident Financial Oval, and VenuesWest allowed them a debt write off of 96c in every dollar.

West Perth is still in serious debt and with only 965 people bothered turning up no wonder they are in debt still.

They are the blood leechers of the WAFL competition, them, and the WAFC itself.

The Wafl attendances are bad all round Durtle.

The crowds looked promising for the opening week of fixtures. And sadly have tapered off since then. Apparently the average for the opening round being just over 3100. Have been told that since then average attendances for the 4 matches is running between 1600 and 1800. Which is a drop in numbers by all the clubs.
