Scores from the weekend updated, looks like Rossmoyne gave 3rd placed ocean ridge a touch up on their own deck.
Haven't played them yet so will reserve judgement till the end of round 8 but based on their results they and swan districts look to be considerably stronger than anyone else in e1.
Happy with my boys who after a disappointing start to the season have started to string together some good wins, this weekend against ocean ridge we'll get a real indication of where we are at.

They aren't allowed to play. Spoke to a player once who said they weren't allowed to play because part of there parole conditions indicated that they weren't to associate with known criminals . Meaning they weren't allowed to play in the prison team

Being part of the program, i can say it is up to the player whether he plays or not after release. As for losing a gun player in 4 weeks, i can say he will be missed if he choses not to play but there is someone in the waiting who is more than capable of replacing him.

In other news, we've had a complete overhaul of the leadership group with our side this week and we are hoping to go in a new direction. That direction being up, because we can't go down any further.

We'll have a new coin tosser so we can get the best of the conditions, some new generals down back barking orders and a rev up from the new leader who will encourage us to try to not lose by a margin of his choosing.

We're outsiders for a win, but a good value bet a $11. Get on board.

Rooty, a couple of years back Kelmscott had a thirds team and had to fold it due to too many forfeits. Not sure although I would assume it was probably 14-15 guys vs a full 22.

You wouldn't be talking about the coach Goldie would you....he was a gun back in 1990!!!

Unfortunaley not, full team was fielded by Kelmscott.

Tough year for their thirds 0-7 and a percenatage of 7 but at least they are fielding a full team every week and hopefully will crack a win at some stage.
