all played very bad shots, largely reminiscent of the Australian batting earlier in the day.
I must say, it was refreshing to see England's opening pair but normally in India.

They dropped Marsh because they wanted to strengthen their batting order, I get that, however when playing on a greentop, why the fuck do they play a spinner that bats at 11? Surely Lyon should have been the one to make way for Ferguson, especially when they didn't play Jackson Bird because he cant bat????

Unless your spinner turns them square like murali used to surely he is a liability if he bowls off spin and bats 11 and isn't the best fielder, what am I missing.

It's all fallen down like a house of cards.last 8 wickets for 32 runs.just good bowling and bad batting.Under pressure there just no answer from our batsman.

Freeze this team ability wise is similar to the Border mid 80's side.

Reassuring to hear Smith say "we will continue to work hard etc"...so you should on what this lot are getting paid.....their mindset is shot TBH......not too sure Lehmann can turn this around......need some fresh minds on and off the field......
